Early Connections Learning Centers’ four Centers are located downtown and in southeast Colorado Springs. The Historic Day Nursery, Antlers Place, South Chelton and Sand Creek offer comprehensive, high quality early care and education for children ages infant to 14 (see individual sites for specific ages served). All Centers are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with scheduled closure dates.
