The Early Learning Venture Alliance (ELVA) at Early Connections Learning Centers is expanding our commitment to providing high quality, comprehensive early care and education in home settings.

ELVA Affiliates are individually-owned, small early care and education businesses dedicated to offering quality services to the children and families they serve.  ELVA sites are licensed by the State of Colorado, offer a variety of early care and education options and are supported by the ELVA at Early Connections.  Both the business owners and the families they serve benefit from this alliance.

What is offered to children and families by an ELVA Affiliate?

ELVA Affiliates are valued by families in the Pikes Peak region because they are committed, dedicated, and focused on providing high quality services.  Affiliates offer engaging and stimulating environments, well-planned learning opportunities, nutritious meals, and affordable choices to families with children ages infants to school-age. Our Affiliates are trained in child development, certified in First Aid and CPR and, in many cases, offer care during weekends and at night to accommodate parents with varied work schedules.

Whether you want to start a new business or have an established site and client families that you already serve, we can help you remain an independent business while accessing a broad spectrum of resources and support services.  As an ELVA Affiliate, you are able to focus on providing higher quality care, while we help you maintain full enrollment, assist with marketing, purchasing, fee collection and much more.
