About Me

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Classroom age: 3-5 years old

Who or what inspired you to become a teacher? I’ve always loved interacting with young children, from being a babysitter and camp counselor to being an older sister. The importance of those first stages of development, and the lack of emphasis on early education as a whole, I wanted to be a teacher in this field to make a difference.

My best day in the classroom was when…Anytime I see something “click” in one of my students. The look on their face is priceless, making the hard days a little easier.

If you could have one teacher superpower what would it be? Mind reading, so I could know what’s going on with my kids when they don’t have the words to tell me.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Hiking, cooking and watching movies.

What is your favorite food? Chocolate

What is your favorite book? The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
