Join our dedicated team of volunteers who make a direct impact on the lives of our children.
The gift of your time is invaluable. Imagine the smiles you can create, the knowledge you can share, and the memories you can build.
Ways to get involved
At Early Connections, we greatly value our volunteers and enjoy having volunteer groups, practicum and individuals in our classrooms and centers!

Individual Volunteer Options
Classroom Support: Work directly in the classroom one-on-one with children.
Classroom Enrichment: Work to support the overall well-being of classrooms. You will be working in a classroom but will likely not be working one-on-one with children.
Administrative Support: Work solely to support the administrative functions of the organization, and will not work in classrooms or one-on-one with children.
*Individual volunteers may be subject to a background check (fee associated), must take the Colorado Mandatory Reporter Training, and will have to attend an in-person training.

Volunteer as a group
Whether you are part of a club, corporate team, or a group of friends looking to give back, we value your willingness to make a difference. We strive to curate projects that provide not only a team-building experience but also utilize your group’s skills and strengths to complete meaningful work that benefits Early Connections, our staff, and our children.

By filling out the inquiry form our Volunteer Specialist can learn a bit more about what you and your team are looking for! Got an idea? We would love to hear it!

Practicum students
We are excited to offer practicum opportunities for students pursuing a career in early childhood education. As a practicum student at Early Connections, you will have the chance to work alongside seasoned educators and gain invaluable hands-on experience in a vibrant learning environment.

“My cup is filled. It has been too long since I have been around such a passionate and loving group of humans dedicated to teaching and caring for children. As a retired teacher, the team at Early Connections makes me miss my time in classrooms and reminds me how important the work is. I’m grateful for the opportunity to volunteer and support this wonderful organization.”
