The gift of time is invaluable. Imagine the smiles you can create, the knowledge you can share, and the memories you can build. Join our dedicated team of volunteers who make a direct impact on the lives of our children.
Whether it’s reading a story, helping with activities, or simply being a supportive presence, your time can light up a child’s world!
Ways to get involved
At Early Connections, we greatly value our volunteers and enjoy having both volunteer groups and individuals in our classrooms and centers!
Individual Volunteer Options
Classroom Support: Work directly in the classroom one-on-one with children.
Classroom Enrichment: Work to support the overall well-being of classrooms. You will be working in a classroom but will likely not be working one-on-one with children.
Administrative Support: Work solely to support the administrative functions of the organization, and will not work in classrooms or one-on-one with children.
Volunteer as a group
We have many different groups that come and do a variety of volunteer projects. Projects range from working one-on-one with children in the classrooms, to helping with outdoor beautification projects and assisting teachers with everyday tasks that keep their classrooms functioning.
“My cup is filled. It has been too long since I have been around such a passionate and loving group of humans dedicated to teaching and caring for children. As a retired teacher, the team at Early Connections makes me miss my time in classrooms and reminds me how important the work is. I’m grateful for the opportunity to volunteer and support this wonderful organization.”
